Meet Our Owner - Kimberly Chodor

Hello, I am Kimberly Chodor, an experienced Florida commissioned mobile notary serving Palm Beach and northern Broward Counties and a remote online notary serving the world. I am a platform RON for OneNotary who has completed thousands of online notarizations and am approved on the Blue Notary, Notarize/Proof and eNotary On Call platforms as well as EscrowTab. As an Notary Signing Agent, I have experience completing seller's, buyer's, refinance, and HELOC closings. As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, I have competed multiple estate planning ceremonies at private homes as well as in emergency situations at hospitals. As a RON, I have become familiar with a multitude of legal documents needing notarization including minor consent forms, vehicle release POAs, vehicle titles, I-9s, business affidavits, medical card applications, virtual mailbox applications as well as fertility, divorce, and adoption documents. I am a current member of the NNA, FL Notary Association, California League of Independent Notaries, Remote Online Notary Association, LGBTQ Notary Association, Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council and I am continuing my notary training as a Notary Business Builder member.
